The kid of my friend dropped my creative zen nano plus and for the first few days, it was playing my stored music. a couple of days ago, its only playing part of the mp3 list. the other problem is that some of the stored music werent playing well... i changed the battery but now it wont play the whole list. i tried checking my mp3 files on my computer but there was nothing. although the properties of my zen nano plus still used space, if i try to play my list, 'no music' is written on the LCD. plus if i attach the nano plus to the usb port of the pc, a symbol of my player appear with an exclamation point beside it. i've been wondering what this means and since the manual is not with me right now, i hope you guys can help me with this.

well it shouldnt play the first song in the folder. it should automatically play the song where you left off. and when you are changing the EQ, make sure that you are pressing in the selector key. (the key at the bottom to the right of the volume control keys) as it may take a while to adjust to your volume settings
Well, if you are new to the creative zen Nano plus, you may not have figured out how to turn it on. hold the play/pause button until the mp3 lcd screen lights up and that should work. if this is not the case i am sorry i cant help, but i also have a creative zen Nano Plus so i could find out for both of our benefits. i hope i helped!

Go to the Creative Labs website
Back up your files on mp3 player
Try downloading the latest relevant drivers, firmware, and applications.
For example there is a firmware update from Aug 06 that has this fix:
* Resolves the issue of your player (battery level full) turning off, while playing a 128 kbps DRM-protected WMA file.
Download the file double click for installation and then restart your computer. Try it, this may solve the problem.
If not again consult the Creative Labs website for troubleshooting.
