The unit requires a new grinder assembly

If the grinder jammed it might have been because the grind was too fine, try adjusting coarser then using the + or - lever to add more coffee for proper extraction. To clear jam remove brew unit and locate door to grinder chamber on left, vac out grounds, also beans in hopper. When clean run grinder and set to coarser, then add small amount of beans and test.

Has the machine been de-scaled recently? I would run a descaling solution through the machine first to eliminate that.

It sounds like you need to program the coffee level.

It is possible that the bearings in the grinder motor are jammed.

Try this press the button for ground coffee then when it lights up press the coffee brew button, if water flows normally then the grind on the grinder needs to be adjusted coarser, if no water then the screen on the brew unit is blocked.

Hi If you have not pushed the coffee button since this happened you can turn the big knob in the bean hopper to the largest # and then turn the small knob to the minus, and try again. If it clears do a second coffee. If it doesn't your going to have to clean the grinder.

Water has probably been spilt in the beans area. The grinder needs cleaning out along with the chute
