You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.
ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000


Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

Make sure that you remove your sim card and micro SD card etc before trying the code. There is also an option to reset your phone by using the settings menu

Menu > Settings > Reset settings > Reset > Enter password

lets try to fix your problem without spending a single cents..removed your micro sd ,(small memory card of your phone) then scan it in computer,,by doing this you need an all in one card that supported mini sd,mini sd ,memory stick etc..then you will find if your micro sd is having a virus..back up your files then reformat your micro sd ,then after formatting back your files...without your micro sd open your phone ,if it is ok now ,so the problem is your micro sd...if still there the problem ,reset your phone by doing this ,type *#7370# and enter your locked code..wait until the phone reboot itself.

You can't. You have to send it back to dedicated micros, unless of course you can use hyperterminal.
