1) Check contacts of the DDR memory chip 2) Format the HDD. Ifthat doesn't help then you will need to replace the ddr memory chip and/or the HDD and/or the main pwb
.
It also could be a network issue with specific PDF files. After your initial click to print click on the advanced button and then click on print as image. that may take care of some problems with printing from pdf's. I would also try connecting with USB only. If the problem goes away it's a network issue

Are you using a volt/ohm meter to determine that the transformer is supplying power to the printer?
If so, what is the input (measured at the receptacle) to the transformer?
What is the output of the transformer and is it supplying the correct amount of voltage (output voltage requirement is normally found imprinted on the body of the transformer or in the technical specifications section of the printer's manual.
