The PM210 takes the T5852 cartridge and the ink is delivered from bladders inside the cartridge via 4 nozzles each which has a septum or valve depending on the make. Pull the cartridge out of the machine and using clean q-tips or cotton buds (or swabs) touch the inside of each nozzle and check that the colour is visible on the tip. If one of the colours is missing then you probably have a faulty cartridge. If each colour shows clearly and CLEANLY, the problem is most likely to be a blockage in the printhead inside the machine. Try running two cleaning cycles and then try a test print. If there is no improvement, I suggest you take it to a reputable printer service agent for a manual head cleaning.
E-91 code means that the "Waste Ink Pad",which soaks up all the normally wasted ink from Head cleaning, etc. is saturated and needs replacing with new one. You cannot do it yourself, as it need resetting the printer sensors, and you'll have to have the printer serviced by an service engineer. Search Google for "Epson printer service" for nearest service shop near where you live. Hope this helps, but it will cost money. Sorry for the bad news
