Question about Sony Handycam CCD-TRV85

The CR2025 is to hold memory, but it may also run the operating system memory. All the batteries need to be good. Also try cleaning the main battery contacts and those inside the camera.

Check that there is power coming out of the mains adapter and the level battery power using a multimeter. After 10 years the battery will likely be defective.

Need address and phone number to buy replacements

Amazon sells both the cord and the battery (CR2025). The battery is common and you can find it most places that sell batteries.

https://www.amazon.com/Sony-CR2025-Lithium-Coin-Battery/dp/B0001MQUOC

They don't have a phone number to call but you can order online.

I need to know what type of battery will work in an n60 qd camera from Nikon.

The N60 QD uses two CR123A or DL123A lithium batteries. The data back uses one CR2025 lithium battery. Both types should be available at just about any department, electronics, or office-supply store.

The light meter is not working on my Minolta Maxxum 7000. Someone told me that I need to replace the lithium battery but I can't find any place on my camera that would hold the lithium battery.

Your camera uses 4x AAA 1.5v alkaline manganese batteries (definitely NOT lithium, your camera doesn't respond well to rechargeables of any kind either). If you look at the side of the right hand grip you'll see a large screw. Use a coin to turn it counter clockwise a quarter turn and the battery compartment will then open.

It seems that you'll find a user manual to be of use. Click here for part one and here for part two; both are free downloads in .pdf format.

I have a Cannon EOS 30D. There is no response whatsoever when the power switch is turned on. I have tried 2 separate fully charged batteries with no change in the problem. Can you help me? ...

There is a small Lithium coin battery on the side of the battery compartment that is the memory battery for the camera functions. Remove the battery pack first, then holding the camera with the lens facing your body look at the top back ledge of the battery compartment and see lettering CR2016. slide your finger down the back ledge and feel the ridges. with slight pressure slide the compartment up and take out the CR lithium coin battery. replace with a like new battery. If you ever need to reset a stuck program in the camera, remove this battery for a few minutes and the camera will re-boot to factory settings. This battery last for about 5 years.

I need a lithium battery replaced in a minolta camera, model 7000. Who do I go to??

You could go to any major superstore and ask for the CR2025 lithium battery. If you're located in the United States or Canada, you can purchase this battery from stores like CircuitCity, BestBuy, Wal-mart, Target, Radioshack and so on.

Should you need assistance replacing the battery, please take the camera along with you and one of the technical staff should be able to assist you.
