What color are the ends of the cables, blue you need a vga cable, white a DVI cable- there are two types of dvi cables look at the connector if it has a plus sign in it you need a dual link otherwise a single.

No power to computer speakers

if the cable is fixed correctly then it would seem when your dog chewed through the cable the cables met and caused a power short out that has blown some of the internal electronics components there fore the unit will not work. taking into consideration the price of jbl creature speakers it would be cheaper to replace the unit than to have repaired ..

i hope this helped

My wifes dog chewed the cable that is hard wired into the lcd .

If it's the screw on type on both ends (I'm assuming it's the video cable), you can unscrew both ends and get another VGA cable (under 10 dollars each).
If not, you might want to consider keeping the dog away from cables, it was lucky not to chew on charged wires.

My dog chewed through the power cord (luckily unplugged). Are there replacement parts available and I can't seem to find out to detach the cord from the unit.

Hello,
I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure. There are replacement parts available for the replacement of the power cord and to check your owner’s manual to see the schematics of the replacement of the cord. You can check with your local vacuum cleaner dealer in your area or you can call cust serv @ Bissell @ the phone # listed below. So if you need further assistance, please feel free to contact your local vacuum cleaner dealer in your area or in the yellow pages, or contact the factory phone number or website to further assist you with your questions.

No Power

Hi,
have you tried to find the manufacturers site, to see if they have a replacement Board.
if not try to locate an electrical repair centre, and get a quote for having the board repaired.
p.s get a metal outer cable, the dog will bust it,s teeth next time :)
