Mp3 player will not turn on except attached to computer

Probably the display is off. Go to Settings and change 'Display Off' setting to 'Display On'. I have attached a link to a PCMag review of your player to help you.

try to remove all the music on your mp3 player, copy it on your computer so you can put it back later,
after removing all the music try to open it, then if your mp3 player loads completely turn it off then put back the music files

When the mp3 player is plugged in to the computer, it won't respond to anything except the computer- the screen will just sit there and say it's connected. After you unplug it, it probably doesn't respond for 3 seceonds because it's refreshing its media. It might tell you it's refreshing or just refresh without saying anything.

First of all check the cell of your player, it should have enough battery life then attach to your computer but your player should be on OFF position not ON then it will turn on automatically from there you can upload as many songs as u wish. Never switch on the player when connected to computer

your MP3 player probably shorted. Try to drain the battery and charge it. Hopefully this solves the problem. If it doesn't your mp3 player is probably dead.

u most likely downloaded a song that had a bug attached to it and it is now corrupting the data inside of your mp3 player and messing with the functions. the same thing happened to me. i was so dissapointed. : (

you have to shutdown your computer the turn it back on again.

Trash the Dumb thing. I have one and it is giving me the same problem by not leting me import new songs or delete the old ones. This device is out dated and that is the problem.

Attach MP3 to computer.
Open explorer and right click the MP3 drive letter.
Choose FORMAT
Next window choose FAT32 and Quick as the options.
