Question about Konica Minolta Office Equipment & Supplies
Works fine in the early day and disconnects from our network after an hour or so of running. This occurred after a power outage. Unit is connected to a battery back up an surge protection device

Have you try a different battery back up and surge protector there is stll a possibllity it did get damage any how.

SOURCE: Won't print over network
if same thing happened with c450, then i guess, that the problem is in the network. does the printer answere a ping, also you can ping from printer to network. maybe youll find something. but last option is that you have to upgrade firmware or change network board, also check network settings from printer.

I would print out a copy of the network configuation of that printer and ensure it has the proper network settings (I.E. IP address, Subnet mask and Default Gateway. I just worked on a printer that I accidently pull the plug on and it lost it's network settings and wouldn't print until I changed them back to the correct settings.

where do u scan e mail or folder? if e mail your smtp server ip may have been deleted/changed if folder the path may have changed/deleted or password changed on the server/desktop
