Meter reading cannot find meter count button

No such item. must use the meter count meter. if so some one use the machine. did you use the had count meter or the one on the screen hard count is inside toner cover

Read the Billing Meter The total number of printed pages can be reviewed at the Printer Control Panel, on the Configuration Page, and in CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS).
Three meters are available:

• Total Impressions
• Color Impressions
• Black Impressions

The billing meter counts the number of pages that were printed properly.

• 1-sided prints, including N-up, are counted as one impression.
• 2-sided prints, including N-up, are counted as two.
  
  NOTE: During 2-sided printing, if an error occurs after one side is printed properly, it is counted as one.
• Color documents converted using an ICC profile on applications with the Color (Auto) setting can print in color, even if displayed in black and white. The data prints in color even if it seems to be black and white data on the Display Screen. In that case, the number of Color Impressions is increased.
  
  NOTE: Grayscale images printed with the composite black setting count as color pages because color consumables are used. Composite black is the default setting on most printers.
• When printing automatic 2-sided printing, a blank page can be inserted automatically depending on the settings in the application. In this case, the blank page is counted as one page.

View the Billing Meters:
IMPORTANT: The Bill Meters track the total number of pages printed for the life of the printer; it cannot be reset.
To view the total number of pages printed:

1. Press the [System] button on the Control Panel.
2. Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button until "Billing Meters" is selected, and then press the [OK] button. The Print Volume Report will be printed.
3. Press the [Down] arrow button to scroll to the required meter. The number of printed pages is displayed below the name.
4. Press the [Return] button to exit the Billing Meters menu.

User tools button then counter then select print counter that will give black and white total count use that number

The button that will display your meter is located on the operator control panel that is at your fingertips. Locate the large green START button. At about the 2 o'clock postion to the START button is the STOP button, orange colored. Now look "slightly higher and slightly to the right " and you will see a small "Counter Check" buton. Press it and the meters will be displayed. You will see at the top of the list a meter labeled "101".That meter tells you how many sheets of paper have successfully exited the copier regardless of the size of the paper. My company asks that we set the devices up so that they count 11x17 paper as 2 counts as it is basically 2 sheets of paper. The meters that will be listed below meter 101 are usually unused unless a technician has customized the meters that reside there as we do. I hope this helps. Look to the far right of the operator contol panel, past the 9 key pad and you will see a "little button" called COUNTER check. Press it and it will tell you your meter reading.This screen can be configured "by a service tech" to allow you to view the count of up tp 6 different meter counts depending on the function you wish to monitor. The basic meter reading is named "101". That because there are hundreds of funtions that are always monitored and they name them 101,102,103 etc. 101 counts the number of sheets of paper that have exited the copier. "102" does the same except it counts 11x17 [ledger] as 2 copies as 11x17 is really 2 letter size sheets. So my company uses this meter for billing purposes so we ADD the 102 meter to the list of viewable meters. Again this can be configured to the customers needs or the service provider needs. You can set it to view just black and white, just color, or even how many copies were made at 64%. its wild. But the 101 meter is the default and cannot be removed or altered. 3. Press the [Enter] button.
   
   The System Data list will be printed with the following information:
   • Total Page Counts: Total number of pages printed
   • CRU Prints: Number of pages printed using the current Toner (Dry Ink) Cartridge
   • Replaced Toner Counts: Number of new Toner Cartridges installed in the machine
   • Replaced Drum Counts: Number of new Drum Cartridges installed in the machine
   • Current Drum Page Counts: Number of pages printed using the current Drum Cartridge
   • Platen Scan Page Counts: Number of pages scanned using the Document Glass
   • ADF Scan Page Counts: Number of pages scanned using the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF)

on the 416, click on the "machine status" button next to the lcd screen. scroll down to number 09, which is "Total Print Counter".

You have to print out the meter report.

Open the front door of the copier, look on the inside pannel of the copier, it should be right above the fixing unit.... Good Luck

You should be able to get the meter reading on a 7022 by pressing the star key (*) on the numeric keypad.
