I got printer hp desk jet 1280 i could not print A3 size paper

please check page set up and put paper properly on the tray

your printer is A4 Size printer it will not print A3 size

if you fill to print A3 go to HP site and support page find your solution

I have hp 1280 A3 Inkjet printer . When I give print it pick up paper and out the blank paper without printing . a4 printing is ok. But A3 Is majour problem

PRINTER PROPERTY S SELECT CORRECT PAPER SIZE

in excel sheet please change the page size to A3 and try to print ..... if you are using office 2007 go to page layout then go to size icon there change the page size to A3 and check .......... if you are facing the same problem please post your comment ............. while you giving print please select the document which one you want to print ..........

dear use hp 1220c driver instead of 1280
the problem will be sorted-out

I had the same problem. Didn't find the answer. I removed the HP 1280 driver and installed HP 1220 Driver. It worked. It prints all the sizes perfectly. What is in name if we get the prints on A3 size. whether it is HP 1280 or HP 1220 :)

Uninstall the HP 1280 driver and install HP 1220 driver. it will print on A3 size.

go to printer folder , select properties and go to paper /quality , browse to A3, select, apply, OK

check print preview before sending your document
