Replace the developer and developer unit. And Replace the drum normally done together make sure to reset the drum developer counters because the machine use the counters to set voltages to the drum and developer and it is the only way the copier knows it has a new drum and developer reset the counters without replacing the drum and developer causes code sand image problems

The image unit/ developer need replacing and or the ATDC sensor is bad. To try clearing power off/to on wait 10 sec before pwring on.. Has the image unit been recently replaced.

The excess toner is under cleaning blade.Posible you emptied the developer.COF 32 ATDC sensor malfunctions.Tray ATDC gain level from 155 to 168.

Abnormally high toner density detected Black ATDC (auto toner density control circuit)

Replace black IU, check toner motors, make sure toner is loose not clumpy. Change dev reset toner level.
