Open a text message then on the bottom of the screen look for the word options. Key to the word and click enter to open the options menu. Then key to delete and you phone will ask you if you want to delete the message and you respond by keying enter. You have to do this with each message.
HI friend , Thanks a lot for asking this easier one:):) Menu->Settings->Tone settings->choose the option which takes you to the menu which turns off the key tone. And thats it. Sounds like your phone's been through some rough treatment - try taking the battery & sim card off for a while - make sure there's no moisture & if you're still having problems, stop by your dealership shop & see what they can do.
