I recommend you take out your battery/ies, and re-install them into your camera. Without switching the camera on, leave it to charge for a couple of hours. Once you restart the camera, I'm certain it will work. If not, you have a dead LCD panel in your camera, which you must have to get repaired/replaced.

1st You download Webcam Driver.
Nload windows 7 onto my samsung galaxy 2
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

Looking at the front of the camera the socket for the USB cord is on the left hand side , near the bottom. You have to prise open the little cover and the socket becomes visible.
To transfer the files to the computer you must have PC Software option is set to On in the
settings menu and the camera must be turned on.
