You MAY try getting a bottle of white VINEGAR and run that through your system several times... this MAY help you with the tough blocks? Be sure to run at least 4 runs of clean/clear water after.
Have you run a decal recently? This normally happens when a small particle (normally) an undesolved piece of the decal tablet is stuck in the flow meter, or sensor. You can try and run warm water through the system and after about half a tank it should be sorted out.
