This product is installed in our caravan water not going into machine we have power. Machine 2 years old but never been used. Followed the instructions in manual to no avail.
Firstly we will need some more info. Does anything happen when you press start? Can you do a drain only? A spin only? Any countdowns, display info or flashing lights? Have you got hot and cold water connections and have you tried both settings?
If when you start the washer and everything is in place for your washer to fill and no water enters then it is the solenoid valve (water inlet valve) On a front load washer remove the top cover and you will see it clearly at the rear. They are fairly cheap, also check that the filters in the hose connection of the valve are clear.

Swede, you need to replace the water inlet valve. Part number 8181694. This is an easy fix. Just remove the 3 screws that are in back holding the top on. Slide the top back and you will see the valve. Couple of screws and a clamp and it will come right off. Catriver..post back.

Found the problem. After removing the back panel, found some garments in the bottom of the surrounding clear plastic tub. These must have been periodically blocking the outflow area and triggering the Sd error code. Fixed it by opening the top components of the washer so I could see down into the surrounding tub from above. Fished out the garments with clothes hangar. Put everything back together and have done six loads with zero problems.

your washers drain hose is too far down the drain pipe which is causing a siphoning action pull the washers drain hose out pipe some you should be able to hear water dropping into the pipe the reason it only happens in the rinse cycle is because the water from wash is being drained and before the water vacuum is broken the rinse water comes in causing it to keep draining

There should be three screws in the bottom panel of the washer. Remove the screws and the pull panel down and off. There should be a clean out drain on the pump - so,...you're gonna need a bucket. Hope this helps...(and good luck).
Good Afternoon Dodgerfan66, thank you for your post!
I understand that you received a new Electrolux washer and there was water inside of it. It is normal to have some water inside of your washer. Most manufacturers' test product prior to shipment and unfortunately it is difficult to drain every drop of water. I hope this information is helpful. -Matt
