Plantronics headset My headset is approx. 4 years old.  I came to your internet site and under 'over the head' headset it lists (135).  I assume that is how many you show.  Why are there only 10 showing? On the headset itself it says plantronics, nothing else.  No model name or # and I have yet to find the picture of it. It is the microphone that doesn't work.  When I saw the (135) I was excited thinking maybe I could finally get a picture of the headset and model # etc.  No such luck.

Some additional information may be helpful. Is this a USB device, a standard analog audio device with connectors like a headset for a radio or the electronic ones in airplanes or what (wireless)? I am familiar with a DSP-400 and the model number for these devices is on the bottom of a fairly sizable plastic box near (about 2 feet from) the USB adapter.

How do I connect phone to plantronics

hi June,
I assume you are using a Plantronics wireless headphone? ensure your phone is on and Bluetooth is switched on in your phone settings.
hold the button on the headphone until the light starts flashing, if this does not happen ensure the headphone is charged. in Bluetooth options on your phone ensure your phone is set to "can be seen by other devices" and then use "scan devices" to find your headphone, if you see Plantronics in the list select it and press "pairing" this will then connect the headset to the phone. once paired, everytime your headset is on and Bluetooth is on, you need to just press the button on the headset and it will automatically connect to your phone.(as long as the headset name is not deleted from the Bluetooth list)

If your phone does not show in the headset in the Bluetooth list, keep the phone scanning and press the button on the headset to start the light flashing this is now causing the headset to search for the phone. once the headset shows in the phone list do as above.

I hope this was useful.

My right side of the headphone is not working.....not any physial damage.....at first there were just some loose connections for the sound....now its totally null......the left side is working perfect...

If you have preformed a sound test on your computer and everything seems to be working fine, I would assume the connector or cable itself is the problem. Contact the store you purchased it from or If the unit is under warranty (1 year) Plantronics will replace if for you if you still have your receipt of sale.

My plantronics explorer 350 is paired correctly with my iphone 4, but I can't hear anything, it almost seems like it's muted, only it's not.

After doing some research for your phone, I have found that Apple does not list the Plantronics 350 as a recommended headset for the iphone 4. The recommended Plantronics headsets for the iphone 4 are Backbeat 903, Discovery 975, and the Explorer 395. Here is the link for the Explorer 350 User's Manual. It might just be that you have an old headset that is not compatible with a new phone.

Where can I get my blue tooth repaired. When I am talking to poeple on it they can hardly hear me?

If your product is less than 1 year old, go back to where you purchased it and have them replace it. If it's older than 1 year, making it out of warranty, the following link has a price guide. The listed price is $70 so you will need to consider $70 to replace what you have or invest that $70 towards a new purchase of an item that is most likely more advanced and offers new features.

How to connect plantronics 330 bluetooth headset with my iphone 4

When joining (or pairing) a Plantronics bluetooth headset to another device a lot depends on the other device. Assuming that you know the necessary steps of your phone or PC for connecting a bluetooth device, all Plantronics headsets pretty much follow a set pairing procedure for connectivity. This one is for the Discovery 975:

1 Turn on the Bluetooth feature on your phone.
2 Turn the earpiece on. Press and hold the call control button until the indicator flashes red/white.
3 Use the commands on your phone to locate and select your earpiece. 9xx Plantronics.
4 If prompted for the PIN code or Passkey, enter 0000.

Pairing is successful when the indicator on your earpiece flashes white.

Note If your phone supports Secure Simple Pairing (SSP), you will not need to enter a PIN code or Passkey.
