My front load washer's tub has dropped down on to the bottom of the washer

If you are talking about the entire assy. basket and outer tub your support springs have broken, they hold the weight of the tub and basket. For the entire assy. to be laying in the bottom it also had to have the shock absorbers come loose or break..Now if you are saying that the basket is loose inside the outer tub that's much worse than a broken tub support and most likely a rear tub half with bearing assy. You can easily remove the 3 screws on the back of the TOP slide toward the rear and look inside their should be 2 large springs 1 on the left and 1 on the right

Whirlpool Duet Model #WFW 8300 SW01 (noise in drum on high speed-sounds as if it has a chain or something inside rattling. How do we get a manual or parts book?

Overfilling loads can cause small objects like pins, coins, and small socks to get between the tub abd Basket of your washer.

The basket is held onto the rear half of the outer tub simply by the bolt to the main pulley.
Remove the bolt, remove the pulley, and the basket shaft should slip right out of the bearings of
the rear tub.

Simply shining a light around between the basket and outer tub should confirm that there is something in there, since you have access to do this with
the front tub removed. Go ahead, remove the pulley and bolt, and if
the basket comes out, then check everything out.

If it doesn't, don't try pounding it out; stop there and go to plan B, which is a new basket
and tub assembly.

During rinse mode its pushing water up to the wash powder tray, and out of the front of the washer.Model Hotpoint wd860.

Remove the bottom panel at rear. At the bottom right you will see the pump, undo the clip attaching the hose to the drum. inside you will find a ball and basket clean all of these as they will be full of scum and bits. At the side of the same rubber hose you will see a clear plastic part, undo the clip and this will again be full of scum, this part effects the machene from understanding the amount of water inside the drum. Clean and reassemble making sure you refit the ball and basket into the correct position (notice the groove in the basket, the ball just sits in the basket)

Kenmore 40922 front load

This advice from Sears to replace baffles only applies to dryers. The baffles for the washer are installed from inside the basket. If you can't locate mounting from inside the basket, then the entire basket/tub will have to be removed and disassembled.(big job)... But I am pretty sure they mount from inside. Washer or dryer, there are three screws in the rear along the top. Remove screws, slide top toward rear and lift off.

Replacement baffle installation

its a little tricky but can be done. Can you remove the top panel of your washer?? 3 screws along the back lip and the entire top will slide back and off. theres a little black hose leading from the soap dispensor to the top of the outer tub assy. its only pushed into the tub and is real flexible, pull it out .you see through the maybe 2inch hole and see he inner basket. as you rotate the basket from inside with your hand the inner baffle(s) will line up to the hole and depending on date of manufacture. they might have put a small stainless screws in from behind to hold baffle in place, ifso remve the screws and the baffle (although a little tricky should slide toward the rear of machine to remove, and pull toward the front to reinstall
