Hi,
Sounds like this could be a dry soldering joint in the TV power circuit. This can easily be repaired with a small soldering iron and soldering wire.

Best wishes,
Graemevm

My Samsung Plasma TV screen doesnt always turn on. Often I have to turn it on and off several times before the picture appears on the screen.

Back - light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.
http://electro-medical.blogspot.com/
To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced

When I turn the tv on, I get volume but the screen just flickers.

Sounds like the "display panel" went out. The clicking sound you are hearing is the inverter attempting to make it work. Yikes! If under warranty try contacting manufacturer. If not, it might be less just to replace it. Hope this helps!

58" PN58C550 - Power On

I've came across that kind of issue before ,I just simply when in to settings and set the TV back to factory settings and then start the process all over again ,by the the way I think you might have pressed the sleep mode button on the TV accidentally ,so try to do factory settings again go to default factory settings. Best of luck.

2005 chrysler Town&Country clicks when attempting to start

If the click is one click then that points to the starter. Make sure the battery connections are tight. If it clicks like a machine gun then it is either the battery or a bad connection. Good battery voltage is 12.6 or more and 13.6 when running. I don't know tour skill level of electricity.

Jvc i art pro doe not turn on

The clicking sound is the TV trying to restart itself. It generally attempts this several times before giving up. The blinking code indicates the type of error (error codes are documented in the manual for the TV). The most likely cause is a burned out bulb, but could be something else.
If it is a bulb, it is usually replaceable without a service technician, and at a cost far less than $450.
Good luck.

Clicking noise

The clicking noise is a protection circuit that prevents the TV from switching on when a fault is detected.

That means that there is a short, a bad solder joint, or a bad component inside the TV, usually any good technician is able to find out at least the nature of the fault. Often this jobs must be done at a repair shop, as testing may take time, probably your technician was just in a hurry.

All you can try at home is leaving tv unplugged for a couple of hours, this drains power from the set , and fix some problem.
If it does not work send it to a repair shop.
