Your model Delonghi Dehumidifier has been retired. Therefore, no online manual is available. However, if you contact Delonghi Customer Support (1-800-322-3848), they can furnish one and answer the question about the PF error code at the same time.
i don't know if this will help i have a delonghi portable ac and the e3 means not enough voltage to run properly. but it was doing the same thing as yours. i plugged it in where i knew there was good enough voltage and it works fine now
This appliance has 3-ft drainage hose and a 16-ft pump hose. I searched for a store that carry these hose, unfortunately, none of them sell a part or accessory for the DE500P.
Kindly click this link and verify if they could sell a hose:
I Had an E error (not an E1 error) when I was fiddling with my humidity/temp sensor on the face of the radiator fins (behind air filter). The sensor was WET. I dabbed it dry, let it sit all day, and re-assembled. It works fine now.
