Shouldn't all models come with a manual,well we did not get one. Where do we obtain a manual from if you don't get joy on the website

If the manual is not available on their website, you can contact their customer support for assistance in obtaining a copy of the manual. You have two manuals for your oven. One, is the installation manual and the other is the user manual. The user manual covers several different model numbers and does not help you with repairs.

You need to provide your oven model number which is on a label after you open the oven door.

Please provide the model number and tell us what the problem is.

Have you checked on the JennAir website? Just put in your information on top where it has Search by Keyword or Model Number, there is probably information on how to obtain the owners manual. That should tell you all you needed to know and then some :)

Have you tried going onto the web site www.electrolux.com you may also need the pnc number normally found inside the door of the oven.If no joy try the shop that you bought the oven off.
