C-2557 Abnormally low toner density detected black TCR sensor.The TC ratio in the developing machine wich is determined by toner replenishing amount control mechanism is 5% or less for a given number of times consecutively.
Relevant electrical parts:imaging unit K,toner supply motor C/K ,mechanical control board or MFP control board.
Perform image troubleshooting procedure if image density is low.
Clean the TCR sensor window on the underside of the imaging unit if dirty.
Check the toner supply motor operation.
Remove and reinstall imaging unit K. or change the imaging unit.
Last solution turn ON the copier open the front door ,enter in service mode,select sistem1 or 2 ,select IuU Unit,select Unit K ,select new release press start and after job is completed close the front door,turn OFF the power,wait 2 minutes and turn ON.

C 2557,C 2558 Black TCR sensor.
C 2551,C2552,C 2559 Cyan TCR sensor.Check de consumabile life,if you have possibility change the Black and Cyan Imaging unit.Enter in the service mode Press Utility key - Metercount- Details- Stop 00 Stop 01 select Sistem 1 or Sistem 2and read the messages.For reset turn OFF the copier,press and hold the Utility key turn ON the copier and then the display appaire Trouble reset release the Utility key and touch the reset,turn OFF the copier wait 2 minutes and turn ON.

BEFORE YOU DO THIS CHECK THAT THE SEALING STRIP ON THE TONERS HAS COME AWAY AND NOT STUCK OVER THE HOLE HENCE STARVING THE MACHINE OF TONER.
