Display not proper

what do you mean by it??
you don't know how you can use it ?? or have problem because it doesn't work properly??
if you want use it and you don't know its work try to search bing or google "webcam software"
or try to use web chat software like Skype ovoo nimbuzz yahoo messenger or....

if you know how to use it but it doesn't work make sure your webcam driver installed correctly
right click on my computer click manage go to device manager under imaging device click on + icon make sure you don't see the red or yellow warning icon, if you see try to install the driver from windows update (right click on it click update drive) or Toshiba website and download driver there,
if you don't see red or yellow icon it means your hardware working properly try to install software

Im not familiar with Toshiba products or keyboard design but if its not supposed to "beep" the the underneath of one of the keys could be sticking or malfunctioning.In which case try to dismantle and clean in a weak detergent solution and reassamble ,dont force any keys or they will break

consult manual for troubleshooting it could be that lamp in tv takes long time to cool down or that it is bad they usually last about 2-3 years depends on how you use your tv

just you have to go to control panel in window choose mouse change default setting & it is not working properly just change the ok the mouse now a day just 200rs thats it performs very good it is not disturbing your programs

try to find out if there is any button for you touchpad on the keyboard, if you found then press this and try.
If you did not find then try the following:

• Goto Start -> Control Panel
• Double click on mouse icon
• Then goto Device setting, there you can find an option/button to make your touch-pad enabled/disabled. Make it enable and try.

Dear sir ,

Ithink battery is dead. You may get replaced with a new or use it on Power.

Usually battery needs to be maintained like Should not over charge and sould be discharged once in a month { it should not drain fully]

To fix the problem you need to open the laptop an check the display cable. If you want to do it yourself I suggest to look for Toshiba Satellite schematics on the Internet
