I definitely know the answer to this one..... my gevalia glass pot broke one morning. I called the gevalia customer care number and the rushed me out another immediately!
wow! and I thought they would charge me.... I paid nothing! great coffee! great customer service!

    no I sure dont.. sorry.. we have since stopped the service of gevalia shippments, trying to cut household cost. its been a while now. I bet thier number will be on the paperwork that comes with your shipments. have you tried thier website?
