Are there buttons on the unit? If so depress the 2 outer buttons and hold for 5 seconds...should go away and run now.

Hunter 44860 touchscreen thermostat- My thermostat displays "LO". My wife said she played with it and can't fix it. He heat won't shut off! I thought it was the batteries so I replaced them. I noticed...

I suggest to everyone NEVER to buy a cheap thermostat from any box store regardless of brand. Always go with Honeywell or White Rodgers high end stats and DO NOT lose their booklets.

We have a Honeywell Digital thermosat. We just put brand new batteries in it and it is still showing lo battery.

on most of honeywell units if you pull the face of the thermostat off there is a reset button you can puch and reset try this.... if it does not have a reset remove the red power wire on the "r" terminal and if you have a wire hooked to the "c" terminal remove it at same time ///take batteries out prior to doing this and it will reset the program in thermostat... if the display comes back again with the lo battery the thermostat internally has a issue...good luck
