Any Verizon Wireless phone that is locked and you can't get back in just dial *228... send, select option 1 and this will reset it back to the last 4-digits of the phone #. Hope this helps : )
I bought an LG vx9800 from a friend that is now over seas in Sri Lanka. I was waiting to be able to transfer it to my account and somehow the screen lock was activated and I don't have the 4 digit code. How do I fix this?
To answer the question on the unlock solution. Its the last four digits of the cell phone number assigned to the phone. This is correct unless the security code was changed in the settings.
