An HF Code is a Water Inlet Problem- No or Insufficient Water Supply.
Press Pause/Cancel twice to cancel the cycle. Then, unplug the washer.
Run down the list again:
Make sure faucets are completely turned on.
Make sure the fill vavles (screens where water enter machine) aren't clogged.
Make sure the hoses aren't kinked, etc.
Plug the machine back in. Try another cycle. If the problem still occurs, You may need to replace your Water Fill Valve. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
the F code is a puwer outige. This is how to fix
Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle. Select
DRAIN & SPIN if there is excessive water in the washer.
Re-select cycle and press START. If the problem remains, call
for service.
This is what an HF code is.
"FH" (Water Inlet Problem--no water or insufficient water
supply)
Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle. Unplug
washer or disconnect power.
Check the following:
Are water faucets completely turned on?
Are screens at inlet hose connection to washer clogged?
Are water inlet hoses kinked?
Are water inlet hoses frozen?
Plug in washer or reconnect power. Re-select cycle and press
START. If the problem remains, call for service.
Read through these steps and let me know if you require further assistance. HINT: I'm assuming you have water entering the wash tub since you mentioned the washer will begin a wash cycle. Check for a siphoning issue or Drain Pump problem first. These are the simplest items to check. I hope this helps you.
PS There should be a tech sheet located inside you washer behind the lower panel under the door, or along the interior cabinet wall that explains all the error codes and how to troubleshoot. This may also assist you further.
Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. This is if your filter is all clean. There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too. Height of exit hose should be approx 3 feet from ground level.
