I contacted Aldi and was refered to the contact person below, she was kind enough to send me the manual for the machine. However...I can't find a way to post it here. You can contact them yourself I received a response the same day.

Go to your paypal account and log in. Run a search for payments and locate each purchase that you made which has not been received. Open the transaction. click on the link to report the item as not received and open a case for each one. Paypal will handle the rest for you.

Check out Sunbeam's customer support HERE then you can find a local dealer who can order a replacement for you. Sears should be able to order as well.
