SOURCE: fuser error 50.2

1) First thing is check power source. If you have the printer plugged into a UPS (uninterruptilbe power source) unplug it and plug it directly into the wall. If it is plugged into the wall you might want to try a different outlet to see if it solves the problem.
2) Remove and reinstall the fuser. It may not have seated properly.
#) Make sure you installed the correct fuser. Should be RM1-1082. There should be a sticker on the fuser with this number. See the following article for more info. http://www.partsnow.com/service_today/0705.asp

If you still have the old fuser check also that it is a RM1-1082. If not you may have a euro version machine which would require a different fuser.

If the fusers match up you should check the voltage coming to the fuser if possible. If there is 100- 127 volts where the fuser plugs in you probably got a bad fuser or it was damaged in transit. If there is low voltage or no voltage you may have a board problem. Probably DC controller or Power Supply.

You need to replace the fuser, a consumable item.

50.1fuser erro hp5550dn

50.1 Fuser error:Low/No Fuser tempatrature, replace Fuser assembly.
For service engineers: Reason: thermo switch open, remove fuser assembly, dis-assemble up sleeve, check switch continuity, if no continuity, remove switch & just hit gently on aluminum capsule till continuity comes, make sure it should not damage or dent, once continuity comes, clean main thermister & sub thermister, fix it back, power on the printer, chek errors, adjust fuser temperature in low, give prints up to 50 blank copies, chk.. if problem repeated replace Fuser assembly, but success rate is 70% for above exercise. Note: Only professionals can perform this activity..

HP Color LasrJet 5550 dn Error code 59.30

The error says that the printer has a "fuser motor startup error".
Not a good error to get.
Possibilities are a bad fuser motor, bad DC Controller or fuser drive assembly.
If you haven't already, power cycle the printer.
If the error persists, you are going to have to have a tech look at it.

59.30 error code on HP 5550. Solution? tried replacing fuser, same error.

It's not a fuser problem. It's the fuser drive assembly(RG5-7700-000CN) or it could be the DC Controller(RG5-7684-000CN)

User error

FUSER ERROR:

. Turn the printer off, wait 10 minutes, and then turn the printer on. 2. If the message persists, reseat the fuser. If that does not work, replace the fuser. To check the fuser, turn the printer off and remove the fuser. Measure the resistance between the fuser connectors. If it is not within the proper range, replace the fuser. If there is not continuity between the fuser connectors neutral and hot with the fuser removed, replace the fuser. If the problem is not related to the fuser, replace the engine controller board.
