O2 XDA II mini fell down

Hi,

I have O2 XDA II mini, It had fell down from my pocket yesterday while I am bending due to the shock the memory card at the top had came out but the main problem is display shows several divisions of lines but yet the sound and other functions are seem to be working.

But the damage is not directly on the Screen/Display, the phone fell down vertically facing the ground from the view of memory card slot.

Please let me know which could be the problem,

Your unit experienced shock. due to fragility of the phone, your LCD might be broken, if not, the LCD connector needs to be refitted to its slot. If the problem is still the same, you need to replace ur LCD.

My o2 xda II mini have a problem... i try to upgrade my rom but have ar error for the software,after that I tried to restart it but it only displays the word "serial v 1.02" and doesnt boot please help.
Try to bring your O2 XDA II mini to it's own service center because the problem is in it's program itself or it's memory containing it's program. The service center has their own orignal software utilities for that.
