Hi

Have you tried completely powering off the phone by holding down the power/lock button for up to 20 secs to turn it off. You should then turn it back on again using the same button, and it should reboot.

If this clears your "freezer" good, but if not, open the phone and take out the battery for 5 mins and retry the boot procedure.

If both these fail, then I have found a manual for your phone here:

0904074935634/TF_SCH-S738C_Galaxy_Centura_English_User_Manual_MA3_F9_AC.pdf">http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201409/20140904074935634/TF_SCH-S738C_Galaxy_Centura_English_User_Manual_MA3_F9_AC.pdf

which is an pdf format, and you can save to your computer for future reference. I have not been through it so there may be an idea or two in it which may help you.

Good Luck

Samsung SCH-S738C. Why does it keep freezing?

There are many reasons, the most prominent is an issue with the operating system such as if it was installed incorrectly or you have some apps messing it up. A quick fix would be to backup all your things and factory reset. If that doesn't work you should reflash a rom using a computer. It also can occur when you have a lack of memory due to excessive running apps.

Acer 5050 keep getting error 0200 and says operating system

Hi, error 0200 it's just a generic code which the people from Acer dont even know. It's defenitely has something to do with the hard drive. I suggest you remove it (it's easy) and connect it to another computer and backup your data. That code could mean a "deleted partition" or Master Boot Record failure (software related) or something inside your hard drive (hardware related) so first do a backup like it told you and then try reinstalling the OS. If you still have the problem download some software on the internet such as mhdd which can test the hard drive to make sure but please backup as soon as you can. Dont try to use "chkdsk" or any tools BEFORE you backup because they stress the hard drive and can make things really difficult later to backup. They might even damage the hard drive. I hope this helps.

I could not start my Hp pavilion, then I use the restore system by using F11 and start my computer. Now all my files (my document) is gone. How I can recover my files.

f11 takes you to the BIOS/CMOS settup, and a system restore cannot be accomplished there. i suspect you went into the recovery console (notice i said recovery, not restore). in recovery, you have two options, non destructive recovery whitch only reinstalls the factory operating system and keeps your files. it does however changes the location of your files and you have to explore around to find them. a destructive recovery completely rewrites the non-partitioned segment of the hard drive which erases all files.........but............if you have done a backup which stores the files in the partitioned area of the hard drive, you can restore that backup with the back-up and restore utility.

That specific error pertains to "validating" your copy of Windows. you might want to validate that copy, then re-try system state.
