My notebook cannot use the keyboard when opening office documents and always display the above problem. already air blow keyboard but still problem exist. need help. keyboard arrow key is OK when entering bios set-up. already redownload the driver but still have problem.

Was there any liquids spilled inside the keyboard? You may need to have the keyboard replaced as they start to fail in due time.

What have you already tried?
Please turn computer off for 5 minutes.
Turn back on.
Is the problem still there?
If yes:
Turn PC off
Turn PC back on and, while it is booting, tap the F8 key every other second until a boot mode selection screen appears.
Select SAFE MODE
Does problem still exist?

Create a New Document
