How to re assemble a ge super radio?

One shouldn't take things apart if one cannot re-assemble them :D
Take it to your local vac shop.

Had the same problem with a HL-2140N. My solution was, after unnecessarily taking the whole printer apart inspecting the paper path and assemble it again afterwards, to check if the manual feed would still work. As this worked without a problem, I fuzzily guessed that something had to be wrong before that point.
In my printer, only the separation pad, and the roller right next to it came into question (both mounted at the front of the paper tray). I cleaned the separation pad (ultra fine paper dust gathered over the years) with cleansing alcohol, and took apart the roller assembly next to it (same kind of dust).
Especially the latter was super dirty. I took the roller out to clean the cleansing pad below it with an old toothbrush (Meridol Soft), reassembled, de-greased the roller with some cleaning alcohol, put everything back in place, and my printer works again the way I would expect it too.

I can only think the centre screw came out, in doing so the pulley moved out board and contacted the flywheel.

I own a Saeco Incanto Deluxe. It employs the ceramic grinder that has worked flawlessly for 3-4 years. One day it stopped and "Grinder Blocked" appeared. I removed the entire grinder unit, cleaned it thoroughly and calibrated the grinder. This did not fix the problem. After many similar attempts, I found the entire grinder assembly (motor, grinder etc.) online for $149.00. Install of the new assembly took me five minutes and it works perfectly. Please note that the ceramic grinding blades (there are two round ones that must be aligned corrrectly) cost $40 a piece (same site where I found the entire assembly for $149). My suggestion--save yourself the agony and replace the assembly if cleaning and calibration fails.

the drum straps are probebly broken just remove the front then remove the 2 1\4 inch screws that hold the top on remove the top the straps are located on top of the tub they are black rubber

You need to clean the jets on the machine arm with an old toothbrush etc... then clean out the debris filter on the bottom of the tub near the dryer bar. The calcification in the little jet areas causes this problem. This should help.

How do I take apart and clean the filter, I've gotten the screws out but to do now?

To get the base off, you have to remove the 2 screws from the face.
the button for the reel has a screw behind it, that needs to be removed.

Take a thin piece of metal, like a spark plug gapper, and slide it in the side to push back the tabs. You have to do it on each side. Remove button and take out screw. The base will come off.

Now you need a special torx srewdriver that allows for the center of the screw to enter the screwdriver.......

Learned the hardway and didn't have the correct torx..... Good Luck

that is one thing I have learned, don't take anything apart that you dont need apart. Clean with shop vac-it will suck it out.

cant help with manual but if i may why would u take it apart theres not much to service but to take the belt off turn the machine over and down by the roller there are a few screws take them out the cover should come off and thats it
