Error e197 when printing from canon mf8170c

I believe a E197 error refers to a power problem relating to the fuser. I would remove any covers to access the fuser, remove it and reseat it and any nearby connectors.

E197 0000 is a Printer engine communication error.
A erroneous comm's error occured between the DC controller PCB and
image processor PCB was detected.
Prnter needs servicing
Check cabling connections on theDC controller PCB and image
processor PCB.
If still same then you have to replace DC controller pcb.
If still fials then you have to replace the image processor pcb.
