GE Cafe gas stove. Stove top works. Clock works. Clear/off button sounds. Oven and controls do not work.

SOURCE: Oven wont light

Mine did that and I found the ignitor for the oven was bad. It was the "glow" type for pilotless ignition and it was burned out. It is supposed to glow bright red and the gas comes on and the oven will light. It was easy to tell that it was bad. But to check it I swapped the broiler ignitor with the oven ignitor and the oven worked.

SOURCE: clock and light in oven work but stove and burners will not

Sounds like the wires connecting your control panel to the individual heating elements have either shorted out or been disconnected. Try taking off the control panel board and testing the connections (the four on the sides of the circuit board in the middle, and the two five pin and one three pin connector on the mainboard). If they are good, then your problem lies in the control board itself and will require a replacement from Whirlpool. Depending on if you have the touch sensor board or a push switch, it can run upwards of a few hundred bucks.

Sounds like your igniter has become weak, it will need to be replaced.
