On October 7, 2007 I purchased an Innovage weather radio at Bass Pro Shop in Auburn New York. Upon packaging the radio, I determined the weather band on the radio did not function. I returned to the radio to the Bass Pro shop for replacement. The customer service department at the Bass Pro shop indicated the weather band on Innovage radio do not work and would not replace the radio I had purchased. Customer service was pushing me to purchase a more expensive weather radio by another manufacturer. End result, Bass Pro shop sent back the detective radio to me without replacement or refund. I cannot find anything customer service or mailing address on the Internet that would enable me to return the radio to Innovage for replacement.
