My game wont show any missions

Have you tried running it in compatibility mode?

Right click on desktop icon,go to properties then compatibility.

Choose winxp scv pack 2 or 3.

Most likely it is one of two things-

1) Your disc has dirt or scratches on its surface causing the next mission to be unaccessible. Try to remove your disc and clean it off with a wet cloth. If there is no noticeable damage the proceed try again.

2) It could also be a reading error with the Xbox laser. Shut down the system and try to blow some dust out of the Xbox using compressed air if you have it, otherwise just blow through your mouth.

Judging by your description im guessing its a disc error, clean it the best you can, if it still doesn't work take the game to a game store to have it cleaned professionally.

Lastly, before taking it to a store try and delete your saved data and start a new game, it is possible your data is corrupted, this may fix it as well.

Missions on GTA Vice city are not sequential, then it depends on what mission you have done.
You will complete the game by doing all basic missions, accessing final missions, and doing all final missions but one.

I think that is because you have finished the missions (cleared the game) and now you can do them again on harder difficult and to get better results/scores.

Not sure what you mean, but there is atleast one one situation where not all missions are available for playing:

In Commandos 2 (PC version) multiplayer creating a server only missions completed by you in single player are available for multiplayer.

It could be one of the two problems: either the game you have is faulty or the game installed incorrectly. Now I assume you have a decent computer that can run this game and theres no problem playing it, try re-installing the game and trying again (save your saved games elsewhere so that it's not ereased when uninstalled). If you still have the problem after reinstalling thje game then it's the game itself that is faulty, claim your vendor to change the game (if you bought it) or download it again (if you downloaded it).

Check your email. There's also a few other side missions you can do. There's little blue people triggers on your minimap while you drive. Those are side missions.

Between the sides and the email you should get a call eventually.
