I would forget my pattens to get in too! Pattens are an old style clog type shoe that kept you out of the mud when walking with expensive shoes.
If you forgot your password, you can try and reset the device according to the manufacturers instructions.

There are two buttons next to the power on button, they control the volume. Try turning the volume up key.

Try Restarting Your phone....(removing your battery).
otherwise it is a software problem & re-installing is the only solution.

Google "How to reset samsung GT 7510" this will also wipe your phone. I'd have thought that the pattern lock patten app could re-enable GPRS for the signing in. is it connecting to wifi? there maybe a way to provide internet access to it via usb.

what Is the problem, do you drew the wrong pattern many times?
or do you forget the pattern. if so,
guess 5 patterns if every patterns are wrong you will see a option forget pattern, click it
then you can give your email id. then you will get the pattern through email
