Apex dt502 digital tv converter Remote control was broken. I Have tried both an rca RCR504BR universaL Remote, as well as a samsung galaxy 4 Remote app and they both work and control the Box EXCEPT FOR THE VOLUME !! not sure what the priblem is.but is it possible that. The apex.box was.on mute when it broke and now no universal remote.will work to unmute it and the volume is unable.to be.controlled? Therefore, I need to purchase an original APEX Dt502 remote ? I NEED HELP WITH THIS. SITUATION IMMEDIATELY!! I CAN NOT watch tv until I do!. Please can u help?
Go to Remotes.com - Or - you can call 1-800- remotes to get a replacement. The new recommended replacement remote sells for $19.95 and has a large red mute button on it. The old one is no longer available unless you wish to do a good web search or try ebay.
