The printer driver comes on installation CD when buying a new copier. If you are using it as a printer, insert the CD inside the CD-ROM drive and click open the file written set-up and follow on-screen menu. Connect the USB cable when prompted to finish your installation. Now you can print using your Sharp AR-5316 and that is the driver for it.

have you installed the PROPER Vista driver? Or just used the install disk that may have come with your machine years ago, and may not be designed for "Vista". Go to sharp and download the proper driver, or at least see if it is supported.
On the panel display, press #, interrupt,0, interrupt keys in that
order. Display will go off then enter the desired number and press
Print. If the command has subcode, enter it and press Print to execute.
Check for scratches on the drum surface. If you have ran a lot of copies on there, its a good time to get it serviced. It could be the cleaning blade on the drum as well.
