basic on what you have said it means that you phone need to be celebrated

the way out to resolve this that touch on your key pad celebration on the screen

then click on it has it move from one place to another till it congratulate you then your phone will be responding to your command again as control

trying pulling the battery and restarting it that way

This happened with my LG Vu, as well....The reset feature cannot be attempted with the screen being unresponsive (that's what the warranty person told me when I called them). The only thing you can do is contact the warranty department and have them send you a new LG Vu (or use your cell phone insurance). If you cannot do either one of those, then unfortunately, you may be out of luck.

The LG Vu is a great phone other than the few-and-far-between screen issues.
