The only solution for this is to get another mp3 player, and try not to get one that retails for less than 20-30 dollars, as you WILL get what you pay for. I have had good luck with the RCA line of low end mp3's, the Lyra is a good one. outside of that, just try to stick to stuff that is known and tested.

I have windows xp, but when I plug my player into the computer nothing happens, there's no sign of it reconizing the devices.
Mp3 won't get off loading screen i tryed everything from keeping it on till the battery ran out and pluging it the computer still won't work
One time when I turned it on it stayed on the"initialization screen" for a while and then worked ok. the next time I turned it on it just stayed on that screen,I tryed plugging it back into my computor and it does not reconize it.I`m not sure what to do next.

The battery wont stay charged at all. When I first got it it olny play while plugged up.Now it wont even do that.
having problem sync songs to player,songs are listed on there as files added.
