For the first step, try using the button on the TV itself.
Secondly, check if the power cord is snug, and not burnt. Sometimes after a blackout, there would be a power surge, and that might burn your plug.
If both doesn't work, the fuse in your TV may be blown, or the Power Supply may also be burnt too. If this happens, you're going to have to hire an expert to help replace the broken parts.
Note that in some TV models, the fuse can be replaced by users. If this is your case, try checking the fuse to see if it's blown or not.

a oven range is 240 volts , and will be a 40 or 50 amp double breaker make sure both breakers reset ,or you wont be getting but a120 volts to the range , not enough power .it looks like a single breaker but it is a double...
Look for power outlet and ensure there is power. Check TV on other power outlets. Ensure required voltage is there on the power outlet. Even then, if you notice that the TV does not work, it might be attended to by a skilled and qualifies service technician.
Did you have a surge protector on the TV? Have you tried unplugging it for 5 minutes, if not try that. If it still won't work contact your local electrical power provider and start a claim for damages from the power outage.
Thanks for choosing FixYa Karen and welcome. You can unplug the washer for 30 minutes and plug it back up to reset the washer. Make sure the outlet works. Next, check your power cord. Wigglle it while plugged in to see if the power comes on. Inspect the cord first for damage before you do that. If the outlet, breaker, and cord is good, you need to check the fuse to the washer. If it still has no power, you may have a bad control board. Due to the fact there is no power, it is probably electrical. Inspect all wires in the washer for damage. You may need a voltage meter to test for power in the cicuits.
