I have Hiti P510L printer and getting message that says printer needs intervention

Page 21 of this manual contains the error codes for your model https://www.hiti.com/files/Product/dm/52x%20User%20manual_English.pdf it looks as though the error code should only be 4 digits and from this it would look as though the front cover isn't properly closed.

We do not have Indian sub continent printers in the USA so due to this we have no information on this problem.

2. Change Capstan roller or Jam sensor.

It is possible that there is a little peice of paper that has ripped off of the sheet that was jammed. Was the sheet whole when you removed it? If not, check the location where the paper was jammed for bits of the last sheet of paper.
