I had the same problem i dropped my env2 and the inner screen went black. i tried 2 fix it but just ended up getting a new phone. you can try 2 live on the outside screen or i was able 2 bend the screen and get it to work for a while. i hope i was helpful
You really cant fix it becasue you dont have tools or proper knowledge of how to fix it. just take it to the verizon store and replace it

You have damaged the delicate internal LCD beneath the more rigid touch panel......but luckily for you, it is easy to replace and rather inexpensive. Here is an example of what you need....OEM replacement with return policy.
Cut and Dry you cant mess this up, trust me......just use your head and you will feel like a real tech genius when your done. now you will be good to go and try not to drop your phone so much...:D
