Mr rca rear projection tv just came on last night on it's own. i can now only power it on by the front power button. tv has no response to any other buttons on front console and no response to remote.

Hi,you need to replace the front control panel, 1 or more of the tact switches have failed, if your proficient at solder work you can replace the switches, if not replace the small board behind the front buttons, available from any local tv shop just bring them the complete model # of your tv, gl, video-tek
