Warranty check how to check warrent for my wireless keyboard

take it to an authorized service agent for a warranty check
if it is unrepairable you will be entitled to a warranty replacement unit
if it has be repaired by any other than an authorized agent , the warranty will be void

Check to make sure you resync the keyboard. Some times, when a wireless keyboard or mouse loses signal, you have to press a "Sync" button on the receiver (or device) to restore the connection. Some of the newer mice and keyboards from Logitech resync automatically, it just depends on what brand and model you have.

I hope this helps! If you're still unable to get it to reconnect, you're probably dealing with a malfunctioning keyboard. Check into the warranty!

The Acer V193 series has a three year warranty. Go to www.fixmyacer.com to have your unit repaired.

Replace the batteries. If this doesn't solve the problem, check to see if it is within the warranty period to replace the product.

If it is within warranty, u can call up the tech support and they will replace it.
If it i snot within the warranty period, u will have to get the whole unit including the USB receiver, wireless keybosrd and the wireless mouse.

You didn't give much detail about what you have tried, and what "symptoms" you observed.

Change the batteries in the mouse.

Check that the "receiver" is connected to your computer.

Move the mouse closer to the "receiver".

Try the mouse & receiver on another computer.

Take the mouse & receiver back to where you bought it, and make them demonstrate that it works on a computer at their location.

If the unit is still under warranty, exercise the warranty, to get it repaired/replaced.

Sounds like your laptop keyboard and possibly the touchpad need to be replaced. You can order them through any authorized HP service center, or you can contact HP for out-of-warranty support if your laptop's warranty has expired.

test with other keyboard.. if space key working then new keyboard is faulty and go claim warranty.. can also try the new keyboard on other PC or notebook just to make sure..

Things to try:

• unplug USB connector and plug in a different USB port if available
• locate wireless reset button and press, type various keys over the next 10-20 seconds
• clean keyboard thoroughly
• reinstall keyboard drivers
• last resort: check warranty and replace keyboard if still under warranty
