The only thing that you can do is look on www.craigslist.org or www.ebay.com. To find a receiver for your logitech cordless mouse and keyboard. It would probably be cheaper to just go out and replace them with a new set then it is to find another reciever. The reason for this is that you would have to get the exact same type of reciever for the keyboard and mouse for it too work.
No its not posible to install a wireless mouse with out the usb reciever, these usb reciever is attached to the cpu for your wireless mouse to work and be recognized by the system, not unless you can get a replacement that will work with your mouse
I don't think the wenger swiss spyder wireless mouse is compatable with the Microsoft wireless receiver. I think you will have to use the spyder reciever for the mouse and the Microsoft receiver for the keyboard.
Make sure that the reciever is pluged in properly and then reconnect the mouse to the reciever, also make sure that there are no marks, or hairs on the bottom of the mouse, this could restrict the connectivity.
it would have to be exactly the same type of reciever.
if not your better off getting a new mouse then buying just the reciever
don't forget to rate me
thanx
plz check the batteries of your wireless mouse. try reinserting them or may be you can try a new set of batteries.also try to reset the connection on your mouse by pressing the connect button under the mouse and on the reciever together and releasing both together
its usually for most wireless equipment, press and hold the reciever button for a few seconds then press the button underneath the mouse, for it to kick in, but have windows loaded to desktop when you try it..
All the best
