1st You download Webcam Driver.
EZCam IV Webcam After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.
Ezonics Camera Drivers for Windows XP Vista Windows 7

hi this may be a general problem if u have internet connected to ur system just click on the properties button as soon as u connect ur cam and select the drivers tab and update ur driver may be ur cam is meant for xp,vista if its given recommended for xp,vista,7 in ur cam cover box the surely insert the cd that came along with the cam and install the cam driver specified for windows 7 or else update ur driver as i have recommended.was this useful to u.

http://www.bioticaindia.com/ezcam-iii.html <--- I hope that helps, it gets a 92% from other windows 7 users for compatibility, thing is windows 7 is so new that there aren't a serious amount of compatible programs for it yet, but it's getting better, the Logitech pro 9000 is the best bet for sound, HD quality video and snaps in WIN 7. The above download is from 2007 and I can't find a newer version which tells me that it's time to upgrade.
