These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty.

The problem can be in your computer.

just look the amper rating in the power supply if they are the same.

Have you tried to substitute a different cable? Many times a cable can go bad, and you cannot tell, because of how they are made. Get a different cable to try as a replacement, and see if that doesn't resolve this issue.

I HV A PROBLEM WITH SONY-KV-HA21M80 TV. WHEN THE SWITCH ON POWER ON AND GETTING OFF. FRONT LED IS BLINKING 4 TIMES. WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM. PLS HELP ME ON THIS.

That usually indicates a keyboard error...not a good thing...take it back and get a new one.
